About Keystone Mental Health:
A keystone is the central stone at the apex of an arch—the piece that supports and holds everything else in place. When life feels overwhelming or out of balance, tending to your mental health can become the keystone that allows the rest of your life to begin settling into place. You deserve thoughtful, compassionate support on that journey.
My path to becoming a therapist grew from a deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit and a desire to help people move beyond the patterns that keep them stuck. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or burdened by experiences that are difficult to untangle alone. Many of my clients have spent a long time holding everything together on the outside while feeling lost, exhausted, or unsure on the inside.
Therapy is not about fixing you—it’s about creating a space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to reconnect with yourself. My goal is to help you move toward greater clarity, emotional safety, and meaningful, lasting change.
